Criminal Law: technical defense and respect for rights
Being investigated or accused of a crime is a delicate situation that affects freedom, work and family. Everyone is entitled to a technical defense, to remain silent and to due process of law.
We act with absolute confidentiality and explain each stage, so that you know what to expect and what your options are.
Police inquiry and investigation
Acting from the start makes a difference. We attend statements at the police station, analyze the inquiry and file requests and documents that help clarify the facts.
Criminal proceedings and appeals
We prepare the response to the charges, attend hearings, produce evidence and file appeals. Where applicable, we assess agreements provided by law, such as plea bargains, conditional suspension of proceedings and non-prosecution agreements.
In cases of arrest or threats to freedom, we act urgently, including through habeas corpus.
Crime victims
We also advise victims: filing the police report, following the inquiry, acting as assistant prosecutor and claiming compensation for damages.
